DIRECTIONS

1.Mix perfect hair fill-up with cold water in a 1: 1 ratio and stir it until it changes into cream form.

2.For special care : After shampoo apply appropriate amount onto hair. Wear a hair cap over hair for 10-15 minutes and rinse off thoroughly.
